You can change payroll provider anytime throughout the year! April is the ideal time as this is the start of a new tax year, however if you would like to change mid-year we would simply need your year-to-date information.

You will need to check your contract with your current provider and provide the necessary notice period if applicable.

Currently we do not have the facilities to make BACS payments on behalf of clients, although we are working on this in. We can provide a BACS report and bank file formatted specifically for importing into your online banking facilities. Please contact us for more information on the alternative payment arrangements we can offer.
